Waldren School Fashion Show!

I was honored to be a judge at Waldren School for their "Discovery Launch STEM Challenge" yesterday! The school had a great way to tie Science, Technology, Engineering and Math into fashion world for their students. Students grade 4th-9th, used science backgrounds for an in-depth understanding of up cycling newspaper; then designed, constructed, and modeled their outfits. It's vitally important that students understand how math and engineering are important to all walks of life.

This fashion show was the best I have seen in a while!
